You choose your finance targets.
With our expertise we work with your sales and finance teams to address your finance objectives. We look always to balance the needs of cash flow and revenue whilst keeping the payment plans attractive to customers. You are in control of the price, the payment term and the deferred payment rate.

You create your adverts and marketing.
You develop the marketing plans and design the advertising and promotional campaigns. Kafaalat is a white labeled solution, which can be rebranded to fit inline with the existing marketing. With the payment plan in place you are able to offer a payment plan for any and every customer.

Customers submit applications to purchase property.
Customers wishing to purchase property must first complete an application form. Applications can be completed at the point of sale of the property, alongside sales agents. Sales agents are encouraged to enrol on the Kafaalat training scheme.

We process application within 24 hours.
Once an application has been submitted, the Kafaalat team process the application ensuring that the customer is applicable for acceptance on the payment plan. The processing takes up to 24 hours. Once this initial due diligence has been completed a decision in principle can be provided to the customer and real-estate developer.

We service customers needs until completion of the plan.
Once the customer has taken the Kafaalat Payment Plan for the duration of the term the Kafaalat team on behalf of the real estate developer will provide all customer service related activities. Including account administration, payment processing, account reporting, arrears and default management.
